Steve and Bis Parry opened di Vita in October 2005 with the vision to present Brisbane with a relaxed and casual environment and exceptional food.

di Vita offers you somewhere to go for wonderful coffee, delicious home-made cakes or a wonderful meal. With a great wine list you can enjoy Australian and New Zealand wines or French champagne.

FOOD

Steve visits the Brisbane markets several times a week to ensure that all di Vita produce is of an excellent standard and updates the menu regularly to ensure variety, although favourites remain.

All food is cooked, fresh to order, and presented by our friendly staff to you for your enjoyment.

STAFF

Steve has had over 25 years of experience in the industry, ensuring an exceptional standard is always achieved by his apprentices.

Our floor staff’s first priority is to ensure you are comfortable and served in a timely and friendly manner.

CAFFE

In October 2009 di Vita will celebrate its 4th birthday. It has been a wonderful experience over the four years at Wilston. We have met many wonderful people and enjoyed serving fantastic food and fabulous wine. The website has been running for nearly two years and this year we have started our newsletter, keeping our wonderful patrons in touch with activities at the Caffe and access to special deals.
